I am a born possibilist. The teams I have worked with, say about me that I have very high expectations of myself and of any team that I lead. That is what they enjoy about working with me, experiencing their higher potential. Over a period of time, I have also developed problem-solving, systems and processes setting, and perseverance to stay centered on outcomes to be a successful executionist. I have been a critical catalyst in organizational growth and success through my courageous decision making, connecting the right dots, designing and successful execution of interventions/projects/business models for-profit and social impact for every organization I worked with. The success of all that I have done comes from, journeying between the Body of Knowledge ( BOK) and action on the ground. Coming from a research background that’s the thrill for me, using human behavior, change management algorithms to design new social conditions. Learning to me is like breathing, for myself as well as for organizations. I have coached, mentored and developed strong second lines and learning systems in every team I worked with. Every 2-3 years I have had an entirely new domain/field to work with. Of late I have been engaged with designing and executing more intangible drivers of success for the organization, strategy design, setting up monitoring, reporting and evaluation systems and processes. Developing long-term and short-term strategy. I enjoy driving insights from quantitative data and yet bringing out the limitations and perils of over-dependence on it for business analytics. I am a strong believer in group wisdom and enjoy working in collaborative leadership spaces. Beyond organizational work, I enjoy being outdoors, designing meditations, reading Thich Nhat Hanh, and practicing mindfulness, Tai-chi, or supporting friends in their self-awareness journey. Richard Bach's books and Barefoot guides are my anytime go-to for unwinding. I am a generalist by choice, choosing to work in hope, energy, possibilities, and meaningful organizational growth as a lever of social change, in any workspace I choose to be.
