As the Associate Product Director at Purplle, I lead a team of product managers who are responsible for delivering a seamless and delightful experience to our customers and partners across the supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and post-order experience functions. I also work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of over 750k orders per month, while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. Prior to joining Purplle, I was a Senior Product Manager at Flipkart, where I launched and scaled new business initiatives such as Flipkart Hyperlocal and Flipkart Cross-Border Trade, by ideating, designing, developing, and rolling out innovative products and solutions. I also drove brand relationships, category growth, and private label sourcing for the Home Improvement category, contributing to the revenue and profitability targets of the marketplace. I hold an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
