I started my professional career with TIL Limited, where I worked for 14 months in the Heavy Engineering domain, actively involved in 3D modelling (using Solidworks, Creo, AutoCAD), generation and cleansing of BOM's, designing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits for truck cranes and rough terrain cranes from scratch, commonisation and standardisation of components to achieve cost reduction. After taking a short break of 7 months, I moved into the Content, Community and Growth domain and had short stints with ShareChat and Trell, specialising in Notifications as a lever for the retention side of growth. Meanwhile, I joined as a Cofounder of FilmCounter, an aspiring social entertainment platform, and managed the Content and User Acquisition campaigns. After completing my MBA, I started hustling with the enthusiastic team at WorkIndia, looking after Notifications and DAU broadly with overall growth for the first 3 months. As Program Manager for the Large Corporates Business Unit at WorkIndia, I managed the CRM (HRMS) product, drove new initiatives and managed end-to-end supply for both the Non-logistics and Logistics verticals, for 10 months.
