As a teenager at school/college, I was the kid other students approached about gadget suggestions and issues with their phones and laptops. I have been the go-to guy for finding out the best possible stuff for the budget, and also identifying and resolving any technical problems. Today, not much has changed. I still provide the best possible solution with the available resources and I’m still the first point of call for technical difficulties. The difference is, that now I am a Manager at Deloitte and my ground of work is Information Delivery. I work with data; model, engineer, analyze, and most importantly, explore it. I possess functional understanding & and experience in various industry sectors e.g., Consumer, Life Sciences & Healthcare, FP&A, etc. Recently, I led a project that involved data modernization of manually handled Customer and sales data, from ERP and disparate non-ERP sources at invoice line-item level, enriching the transactional data feeding into Profit Analyzer & Price-Point applications, to enable analytics, drive adoption, and organizational behavior. I am also skilled in building RPA solutions. I have automated processes saving around 400 hours of monthly effort. In my spare time, I contribute to managing a local voluntary organization called JBK, which aims to help underprivileged youth get involved in technology. With substantial experience providing freelance training and job-seeking guidance; I also offer career development coaching with a focus on performance psychology.
