About this session
In this session, I’ll help you understand what GenAI skills actually matter for Software Engineers and how you can build them even if your current/previous company didn’t give you an opportunity to work on GenAI.
We’ll cover:
What to build - how to choose practical GenAI projects that actually add value to your profile instead of building another basic ChatGPT wrapper.
How to prepare for interviews - what companies can ask around GenAI and how to approach these questions confidently.
How to position your experience - especially if your previous role had little or no GenAI exposure.
How to improve your CV - what you can genuinely add, what you shouldn't claim, and how to showcase GenAI projects/experience effectively.
I’ll also help you create a practical roadmap based on your current experience, so you know exactly what to focus on instead of trying to learn everything related to AI.
