I’m Anindita, a writer & creator working in content across culture, behavior, and personal expression on Instagram and LinkedIn. I started my career in 2018 with full-time work as a research associate, and then as a capital market trader. Next, I moved to freelancing. But the journey did not begin with a network or a big audience. When I moved into full-time freelancing in 2022, I was scared to leave my well-paid stock-market job; there was uncertainty, but I still did it because I found writing as my passion. Work came in small pieces first: research writing, articles, and blogs (mostly with cold reach). Gradually, I started posting on LinkedIn, and that consistency led me to get inbound leads. In an orderly way, one project led to another. And I worked with some prominent brands in a freelance setting mostly around finance: Ey(Big4), Equitymaster, Sahi.com, UK Investor Magazine, and Finowings by Mukul Agarwal. Around 2025, I observed my skill set not upgrading, which led me to join a full-time in Entourage. I gained LinkedIn strategy, Viral post writing, and LinkedIn positioning skills. This is where I worked on thought leadership content for several Shark Tank brands, writing for their founders and leadership teams. This skill also led me to work with two education sector leaders in a freelance capacity, managing their LinkedIn personal branding. Entourage gave me a lot of exposure in writing for every niche, that made me explore my Instagram too. I started creating content on different topics. This is where I found my interest of analysing film, culture, and lifestyle with a unique lens. Result? My reels have crossed 1M+ dashboard reach within 30 days I feel it's the IG strategy in 2026 of "Trial Reels" that worked the best for me. This is why now my interest now focuses on cultural and behavioral shifts, especially how identity changes when people move countries.
