I have worked across several agencies and production studio in my 11+ years of career so far (GroupM, Publicis, Glitch etc.). In this span of timeline, I have led several launch programs across films, shows and brands across CPG, automobile and alcobev. This has helped me develop skillsets to work with internal and external stakeholders ranging from content to legal. My colleagues have often referred me as someone with great acumen of both business and creative. My mentors and colleagues have always accoladed me for my preemptive thinking and timeline management while several mentees of mine have regarded me as a thought-provoking leader. Skillsets: Content strategy, Growth Strategy, Film marketing, Creating Original IPs and monitoring them end to end, Coordination with partners, Influencers partnerships, Brand and Content Partnerships with OTT channels/ creator channels, Movie Partnerships, native content, media metrics, benchmarks and evaluations, Deal evaluation, Project Coordinator/ Producer, Script Research Audience-Platforms tools data analysis and research. I also conduct workshops for young professionals, freshers and cadence. Beyond work, I am a filmmaker and a guest lecturer at many top-media institutions. My first movie 'Back Then - The story of live music in Bombay' got its world premiere status recently in Amsterdam. I have always championed in Conscious Content creation, been a Sustainability-In-Progress person and a strong advocate of DEI at companies.
