Animesh started his technical journey in April 2017 as an intern at Ericsson, where he learned about real-time databases and operating systems. He quickly earned a promotion to Software Engineer in Ericsson's Database Engineering team on May 2018. Here, he focused on SQL and shell scripting, eventually becoming skilled in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and improving data quality metrics for 4G, 5G and SD WAN performance KPI. Seeking to broaden his skills, Animesh joined Capgemini as a Technical Consultant on the Database and Big Data team. Here, he specialized in designing and optimizing big data processes, ensuring data quality and extracting valuable insights for payments site reliability team. He later joined CompuCom, where he continued to work with big data technologies like Cloudera Hadoop and integration with Azure cloud platforms like Synapse and Data Factory. His role involved creating efficient data pipelines for client onboarding. Animesh served as a Technical Business Analyst at Citi, focusing on trade projects. He uses big data analytics ecosystem and ETL processes to improve data quality and implement effective data governance for the trade projects supporting cash, liquidity, commercial cards, rates, loans & foreign exchange.
