An experienced Sr. TPM having a proven track record of delivering and running critical initiatives for Amazon India business. Primary focus area includes- * Partnering with Business and Technology leaders to refine and execute the strategy for a program. * Overseeing the entire product lifecycle: feasibility through scoping, requirements definition through specification, design, development, quality assurance, integration, implementation, launch, and production support. *Implementing change management processes. * Driving prioritisation and coordination with internal and external teams. *Identifying technical solutions impacting multiple teams and businesses. * Managing project schedule, issue/risk register, resources, and communication *Anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. * Driving Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly leadership reviews.
