I’m Animesh Mondal, currently pursuing my MBA at NMIMS Mumbai. Before my MBA, I worked for nearly 3 years as an Associate Engineer at Gleecus Techlabs, where I specialized in frontend development and product usability, driving measurable business impact such as a 25% defect rate reduction, 20% improvement in user retention, and a 40% boost in usability through design and performance optimization. My contributions were recognized with awards like the Best Social Representative Award and the Hidden Gem Award. At NMIMS, I’m building a strong foundation in business strategy, leadership, and decision-making through academic projects and practical exposure. To complement this, I have pursued certifications in People Analytics, Change Management, Strategic Management, and Project Management, equipping me with both technical know-how and business acumen. Beyond academics and work, I’ve been actively involved in quizzing, creative competitions, and social initiatives such as the #YoungWarrior movement against COVID-19. Outside of my professional interests, I enjoy cricket, music, and reading, which help me stay balanced and curious. I see myself as someone who thrives at the intersection of people, technology, and strategy, aspiring to contribute to building organizations that are innovative, adaptable, and impactful.
