I am a retired Central Government Officer and a UPSC-qualified Grade A Training Officer. I was selected through the UPSC in the 1992 batch and was posted in Mumbai by the Central Government. During my career, I had the opportunity to undertake several research projects and participate in long-term fellowships in places such as Thailand, Kerala, and Kolkata. I was also extensively involved in public health research across India, with projects covering nearly 26 states. Over the years, my professional journey has given me valuable experience in administration, research, training, public health, and working across diverse regions and communities. Now, I would like to share this experience with young people who are preparing for the UPSC and other Civil Services examinations.
