About me
With 18 years of diverse HR leadership across Banking, Travel & Tourism, Oil & Gas, Bio-Fertilizers, Modular Kitchens, and Sugar & Confectionery, I bring a practical and cross-industry perspective to HR governance, compliance, and workforce capability development.
I founded AskAnilHR in January 2026 to help manufacturing, corporate, PE-backed, and fast-scaling businesses strengthen their people systems. My proprietary 3C HR Diagnostic Framework™ — built on Compliance, Control, and Culture & IR — covers 150 parameters and 750 micro-checkpoints, helping organizations identify hidden risks, improve accountability, and build sustainable HR practices.
Currently, I manage HR operations across 4 sugar plants at Rajarambapu Patil Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Limited, while also advising leaders on governance, compliance, and workforce capability strategies.
