In this ongoing mentorship, we will:

1. Get brutally clear on the life and career you want in the next 3–5 years.
2. Align your skills, markets, and target roles (SDR, AE, Strategic, geos) to that direction.
3. Review your outreach, interviews, and career decisions as you execute so you are not guessing alone.
4. Use each session to remove blockers, adjust your plan, and keep you accountable.

Best for:

1. SDRs, AEs and strategic sellers who feel “stuck” or at a plateau.

How it works:

1. This 30-min session is our deep-dive starting point where we map your current reality and 3–5 year vision.
2. At the end, we decide together the right cadence (for example: bi-weekly or monthly sessions) and next steps for ongoing mentorship.”
