I am currently serving as a Sr. Assistant Professor of Finance & Accounting/ Economics at United World School of Law Karnavati University Karnavati University. I received my MBA (Finance & Marketing) from the Department of Management Studies at Aligarh Muslim University and my B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation Control from Dr MGR Educational & Research Institute. I am an expert on the relationship between individual business units and the 'corporate parent'; and on the management of multi-business groups, especially in international contexts. My research focuses on Corporate Finance, Governance issues, group-level strategy and the role of the corporate centre; managing globally; strategy process and strategic agility; and mergers, acquisitions and alliances. I also consult with multinational companies in Energy, Financial Services, Media, Retail and FMCG and have worked with many Group CEOs for over 1 decade. Prior to joining Karnavati University Gandhinagar, I also have worked in investment banking; in strategy consulting at the Mckinsey. Over the last 10 years, I have taught in a wide range of open and tailored programmes worldwide
