Orchestrate the various teams of technicians and direct the management of 800+ personnel within the Indian AirForce and providing comprehensive technical training in the trade of AirFrame to 1000+ personnel which include Pilots, Engineers, technicians of Indian AirForce and also HAL Engineers & technicians for period of 6 years as a technical instructor in Jaguar fleet. Providing personal and professional development to the AirForce personnel to channel purpose and motivation to accomplish the mission and task to the desired result, manage work assignments and performance reviews. Monitoring and supervising the technical work as per the Aircraft publication and also managing the spare parts procured internationally. Qualified as a quality assurance services(QAS) in Aviation field. The vast experience of handling and managing centralize hydraulic lab in various AirForce station for hydraulic component and sample testing through PAMAS. Recently participated in Indian AirfForce Gagan Shakti exercise as a Technical supervisor and achieved 72hrs non stop flying with large team of technicians to achieve the mission successfully as a team. Coordinated and worked with multi-medium combat AirCraft team(MMRCA) for assessing the performance of various Aircrafts of different countries for its procurement as a result of which Rafale deal came through.
