15 builders · Daily check-ins · Saturday Show & Tell
No lectures. No certificates.
Just you, building.
Fellow cohort members, building.
And your cohort guide - building too!
The Greatest Era of Building Wonderful things is upon us.
Will be inside the ground in the Building XI...
OR watching it from the stands as a spectator...

Two cohorts. 20 builders. 16 projects shipped.
Zero lines of code written by hand. Zero refunds.
Every one of these was built by someone non-technical, in four weeks, alongside their full-time job:
Club 60: a multilingual companion app for senior citizens: reminders, one-touch SOS, health tips, memory games. Built by a VP at an IT company, for her mother-in-law.
Gather & Grains: a weekly meal planner with 100+ recipes, auto-generated grocery list, and a night-before prep checklist. Built by an architect in Dubai who wasn't sure she could build anything at all.
Cakeday: a personalised birthday poster generator with Google sign-in and custom avatars. Built by a banking professional who started at "complete beginner."
A delegation agent: photograph a handwritten task list, and it structures the tasks, emails the EA, and logs everything for pattern analysis. Turned 45 minutes of every morning into seconds.
NutriQids · INGRI Lens · Noteflix · Habit Lift · a personal wealth dashboard and seven more.
Don't take my word for it. Here's Nikita's 28-day journey...

"Everyone's learning AI. I should too… but where do I even start?"
"I use AI apps & tools sometimes. But its not yet part of my daily routines & workflows. How do I integrate them to become an AI-powered human"
"I use AI apps a lot but mostly as a consumer - of having my questions answered. I want to actually build things with AI now"
"I don't want another course. I want to actually do something."
If you nodded at any of these, this cohort is built for you.
In 4 weeks, you can go from AI-overwhelmed to AI-familiar, with enough momentum to march forward into becoming an AI-native.
Not by watching tutorials — but by building, daily, alongside 14 people doing the same.

"What stands out about Aniket is not his teaching, but his ability to facilitate learning. He is honest, grounded, and genuinely invested in the growth of the cohort members." — Phani Vijay, Cohort 1 & 2 · went on to build his own AI news app after the cohort got over.
"Before joining, I had only listened about AI apps and how they help in day-to-day life, but I was not sure how to implement it. It helped me take a first step." — Nikita Joshi, Cohort 1 & 2 · shipped a birthday poster generator
"Build to Learn AI is an innovative initiative led by Aniket Rai, in which participants learn AI by building real projects. Building is the new way to learn and show your skills." — Mihir Gosalia, Cohort 1

Introductions, what each person wants to build, and we set the rhythm. (Recorded if you can't make it live.)
Between the Saturdays — daily check-ins, Mon–Fri. One line and one screenshot in the group: "Today I used AI to ___." That's it!
The bar is deliberately low, because doing what you committed matters, building a streak is what drives.
And truth be told - in our busy lives, you could someday be putting 2 hours to build & learn; and on somedays even 15 mins would be a challenge. Guess what - Every effort counts, not the size/duration/intensity of it.
It's here that being in the Build to Learn AI Cohort becomes a game-changer!
Everyone gets 3-4 minutes to show what they built & learnt in the week. You'll get more ideas and feedback in this one hour than from weeks of doomscrolling on LinkedIn or X and even Instagram!
While I strongly recommend everyone to attend all Saturdays, if you couldn't attend on a certain Saturday, you will get a recording and detailed meeting notes + action items for each individual.
BTW it becomes so good that I have seen cohort members attend the Saturday Show & Tell sessions from their car, from the airport before boarding their flight! Join in to experience the same 😉
Your finale. Showcase what you built & learnt about AI in less than a month! Invite your friends and family.
✅ Working professionals who are curious about AI but stuck in overwhelm.
✅ Parents who need accountability, not another playlist of pre-recorded videos
✅ Mid-career Professionals who want to become AI-native before their industry forces them to.
✅ Founders & Solopreneurs who want to use AI to move their business forward
✅ Students who want to end September with a built thing, not notes
If you want pre-recorded lectures, or just a LinkedIn certificate, or you can't commit ~15 minutes a day; just skip this one, sincerely.
Internet already has more AI tutorials than you could finish in ten lifetimes! (not kidding!) Information was never the problem.
Staying committed to learning consistently and to remain accountable to our personal & professional growth is the problem.
What's missing then is a room of excellence: where you have a reason to use AI with purpose every day; where fellow builders check-ins drive you to check-in too; an hour on Saturdays where you see what's possible because someone next to you just did it; and a finish line to march toward.
And I'm not an AI guru, and that's also the point. Nobody is an AI expert especially at the incredible pace these AI models are evolving. (If you come across someone who calls themselves an AI expert, run as fast as you can!)
I'm a few steps ahead of you, and I use every tool I teach, daily. In June I spent an entire Sunday from 7 AM to 11:30 PM just to fix a security hole in my own app, with nobody watching and nothing riding on it. That's the thing I'm actually modelling for you: not knowing everything, but not quitting either.
I'll also tell you what I got wrong. In Cohort 1, I promised a daily resource drip in the final week and under-delivered. I don't make cadence promises anymore. What's on this page is what you get. Nothing more, and all of it.
Most people who finish these four weeks ship something. A couple who could't - they're welcome back, and some have come back twice. I'd rather tell you this than pretend the success rate is 100%.
₹4,599 — one payment, no tiers, no upsell. The price adjusts by country (parity pricing), so you pay a fair rate wherever you're joining from.
Comparable four-week live cohorts run ₹10,000–40,000 with ~100 people in the room. This cohort is capped at 15 and run by one person who shows up to every single call.
If the number is genuinely the blocker for you, message me. I'd rather have the conversation than lose you to a price tag.
🎁 Curated AI tool list: so Week 1 isn't wasted figuring out where to start
🎁 Basecamp: one site for every call, recording and the Wins Board
🎁 A 1:1 guidance call in Week 1: we pick your build together
🎁 Lifetime access to the cohort group, plus discounted access to future cohorts
🎁 An invitation to Build Deep: the advanced track, reachable only by graduating a cohort.
"I genuinely don't have an idea for what to build." Almost nobody does on Day 1. That's what the 1:1 onboarding call in Week 1 is for — we find the thing you already complain about weekly and turn that into the build. Nimisha's meal planner started as "I hate deciding what to cook."
"Can I do this on my work laptop?" Please don't. Most organisations have policies about personal AI tool use on company devices, and I'd rather want you use a personal machine and personal accounts.
"I'm really not technical." Neither is anyone in the build list above. An architect, a banking professional, an insurance VP. Zero lines of code were written by hand across two cohorts.
"Do I need to pay for AI tools on top of this?" No. Everyone builds on free tiers, and free tiers are deliberately part of the method — they force sharper prompting. If you're on Jio or Airtel in India, you likely already have Gemini or Perplexity Pro included and don't know it.
Join the kickoff on 29th August and experience the full first week. If by the end of the first Show & Tell on 5th September you feel this isn't for you, just message me: full refund, no questions asked, just feedback taken to enhance future cohorts.
Zero refunds requested to date, across two cohorts.
I keep the group small on purpose — the Saturday call stops working as a room the moment it stops being a room, and I can't give 30 people personal attention. When the seats are gone, they're gone.
