How the call runs: first 15 minutes I ask questions, not the other way around — your background, what you've tried, what's actually blocking you. I can't give useful advice to a question I don't understand yet. The rest is us working through your specific situation, ending with a concrete next 3–6 months: what to learn, in what order, and what to build so it shows on a resume.
