Your portfolio is almost certainly bleeding money in places you cannot see. The five funds you own may quietly hold the same thirty stocks underneath, which means you are paying for diversification but not actually getting any. That regular-plan fund your bank helpfully set up for you is silently paying them a commission of around one percent of your money every single year, forever. One of your funds has underperformed its benchmark for eight straight years and you never noticed because the absolute return still looked positive.

I do this work for a living. As a Portfolio Manager earlier in my career I handled over three hundred clients and roughly seven crore in assets under management, and the same patterns show up in nearly every portfolio I open. You send me your CAS statement or a simple list of your current holdings. I spend forty-five minutes walking you through a fund-by-fund analysis on video call, and then send you a written PDF report with a specific switch plan — including the exit load and the capital gains tax impact of every change, so you do not end up trading one mistake for another.

You walk away knowing exactly which funds to keep, which to switch, and in what order to do it.
