He also designs Target Operating Models (TOM), Value stream maps, information maps and he helps align business with IT using Togaf, Archimate and Bizbok specified Business & IT Architecture alignment maps. Aniekan has experience in full life cycle software project management utilizing various programming languages. Aniekan has designed & managed the development of several technology solutions using Open Source software development tools for several industries like real estate, e-commerce, education and also for the not for profit sector. His product development and product management skills make him very relevant and useful for architecture development on technology-driven change. Aniekan's profound understanding of Business related frameworks and its successful applications has made him capable of producing TOGAF and Federal Enterprise Architecture aligned artefacts such as Business Architecture Principles, Business Architecture Guidelines, Data Standards, Business Process Standards in the government sector. Aniekan has experience serving as a member of the Design Authority team and holds a BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis and a Certificate in Business Architecture. Aniekan spends his weekends playing for his team in the London amateur football league.
