Most people build their shortlist backwards — starting from rankings instead of from their own profile, goals, and constraints. That's how you end up with seven reach schools and no plan.

In this session we'll work forward from you: your background, GMAT/GRE, work experience, target post-MBA role, geography, and budget. By the end you'll have a structured shortlist split into ambitious / target / safe, with a clear reason each school is on it.

I've been through this as an engineer pivoting into consulting, and I'll be honest about fit — including telling you when a school isn't worth an application fee.

We'll cover:

  1. Reading your profile the way an admissions committee will
  2. Matching schools to your actual post-MBA goal, not the brand
  3. US M7 vs. European 1-year (INSEAD, HEC, LBS, IESE) — the real trade-offs
  4. Ambitious / target / safe: how many of each, and why
  5. Where you're over- or under-shooting

Come prepared with: your CV, test score (or target), and a one-line career goal.
