About me

Angkeeta Goswami helps adults understand themselves more deeply, navigate complex personal situations, and make thoughtful decisions about their relationships and everyday lives. Her work brings together perspectives from behavioral science, human psychology, metacognition, and neuroscience-informed learning. She focuses on the connection between how people think, what they feel, and the choices they make—particularly when recurring patterns, competing expectations, or uncertainty leave them feeling stuck. Her areas of focus include emotional self-awareness, relationship expectations, boundaries, communication, overthinking, digital distraction, life transitions, and intentional lifestyle design. She also explores the unspoken beliefs people hold about self-worth, achievement, and belonging, and how those beliefs influence their relationships and decisions. Angkeeta brings deep listening, analytical thinking, and sensitivity to individual circumstances. Her style is warm, perceptive, and direct, creating space for honest reflection while keeping conversations grounded in practical possibilities. Trust is central to the practice she is building: clear expectations, respect for personal values, honest communication about the limits of her expertise, and an emphasis on client autonomy. Her role is to help people strengthen their own judgment and capacity for change. Her purpose is to help people move towards greater self-understanding, clearer choices, and a more intentional life. Qualifications and professional development: [Certified EQ Practitioner; Behavioral Economics and the Modern Economy—London School of Economics and Political Science; Introduction to Psychology—Yale University, via Coursera; BCIA Neurofeedback Certification—Biofeedback Certification International Alliance] Thank you for reaching out. Look forward to a better change and transformation.

Frequently asked questions

What can I speak to Angkeeta about?

You can bring an everyday situation involving overthinking, boundaries, relationship expectations, difficult conversations, digital distraction, changing habits or a life transition. Sessions focus on understanding your situation and identifying practical next steps.

What happens during a session?

Angkeeta begins by understanding the situation you want to explore and what would make the conversation useful. Together, you examine relevant thoughts, feelings, assumptions and recurring patterns, then identify an action you can realistically take.

How does Angkeeta’s approach draw on behavioural science and psychology?

Her approach uses concepts such as habits, mental shortcuts, expectations and metacognition—reflecting on how you think—to support practical self-understanding. These perspectives help frame questions and explore possibilities; they are not used to diagnose you or claim certainty about how your brain works.

Can I discuss relationship problems on my own?

Yes. You can explore your needs, boundaries, expectations and communication without your partner attending. The focus remains on your experience and choices. Angkeeta will not diagnose an absent partner or claim to know their motives.

What can I take away from a session?

Depending on your goal, you may develop a clearer decision map, a conversation outline, a boundary statement or a small behaviour experiment. Takeaways are shaped around your circumstances; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

How should I prepare for my first session?

Bring one situation you want to understand, a recent example and a sense of what you would like to be different. You do not need a polished explanation. Share only what you feel comfortable discussing, and avoid sending private messages or identifying details about other people unnecessarily.

Is this counselling, psychotherapy or a psychological assessment?

These bookings are for personal-development mentoring and self awareness with proper workable framework but they do not include diagnosis, psychological testing,or medical treatment. If your needs fall outside this scope, Angkeeta will explain the limitation and encourage appropriate professional support.

Which session should I book if I’m unsure where to start?

Start with just a discovery call and a free assessment and then you see if that call goes well with her guidance and then you can continue—she has an emotional health app too—you can try that too

I don't know which session to book. What should I do?

Start with the free call and a 15-minute Clarity & Discovery Call

Is this therapy?

No. Her work is structured coaching, behavioral reflection, and decision support. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

What happens during a Pattern Decode?

We map the situation from trigger through interpretation, emotion, behaviour and consequence and identify practical experiments you can test.

Do you give advice?

Sometimes she will provide frameworks, observations, or options. The goal, however, is not dependence on my answers; it is helping you strengthen your own judgement.
