I am made for more, so I use every day as an opportunity for greatness. I spend my time being the best version of myself and living a life filled with purpose and passion. I am so fortunate to know that my path is not about perfection but about loving where it leads me. I am a human resources subject matter expert but that does not define me. I collaborate, volunteer, and serve as a leader not only in my organization but in my professional association and as a public speaker. I share my truth and experiences in order to inspire and influence anyone who will listen that wants to widen their thought processes, promote diversity and inclusion, and be moved to action. I am a peace seeker, I ask questions, and look at life through a glass half full perspective. I believe in life-long learning, not judging books by their cover, and treating everyone with dignity and respect.
