I am Aneesh Mohan, an innovative person with a calm mind who tackles one problem at a time. I am highly optimistic about a sustainable future and I aim to be a pioneer in enabling every business and individual to adopt sustainable practices. I was highly active in the Science, Literature, Quiz, and Magazine clubs in school and college in addition to achieving excellence in academics for which I was awarded by the Government of Puducherry. As a part of an analytics firm, I used applied mathematics to research and predict future trends accurately in various fields of business and technology using statistical techniques, data analysis, and machine learning. I lead teams of 6 to 15 to successfully deliver quality solutions, bringing in revenue of over $1.5 million. I then completed my M.Sc in Ulm University, Germany where I specialized in the topics related to sustainable energy and management, which helped me cement my stronghold in simulation and modeling of electrochemical energy storage systems such as batteries and fuel cells. I was also a part of the Founder's Garage, that grooms budding entrepreneurs with impactful ideas and our group won the award for presenting the THIRD best pitch. I completed my Master’s thesis on “Study and optimization of an on-board recharge system in an AC Hybrid System” to optimize battery charging in a Hybrid Electric Aircraft with Fuel Cell and Battery sources using appropriate charging protocols for Lithium-ion batteries and energy management algorithms. Currently, at RiDERgy, I am working on enabling the electrification of fleets, efficient charging, and optimized energy management. I develop intelligent charging and energy management solutions and derive insights using data from the power market, grid, vehicles, and charging infrastructure.
