📈 From crunching numbers to crushing data: I recently made the leap from operational analyst and account manager to junior data scientist. 🔍 In my previous role, I was analysing and interpreting data to resolve complex issues related to withholding tax based on clients' investments. I was also responsible for handling post-trade payments and resolving discrepancies in daily trades and positions activity. 💬 As an account manager, I had my own fan club (well, sort of), building and maintaining relationships with clients in 10+ jurisdictions across Europe and managed tax returns for clients in multiple countries. I have a knack for understanding client's needs and goals, presenting new opportunities to key stakeholders and created reports so clear and concise, they could double as poetry. 🤖 Now, I am junior data scientist, with a knack for uncovering insights using Python and finding meaning in the madness. I may be new to the data science world, but I'm ready to tackle any challenge that comes on my way, all while trying to remember to save my code properly and finally to figure out why I have taken so many screenshots over the last couple of years with the power of machine learning. 🎉 But, let's be real, data science can be a bit confusing.
