Expert in IT management and governance, application and technological infrastructure management, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, and work process management for the aforementioned sectors. During my 10 years of experience as an IT director/CIO, I have managed IT departments with up to 15 permanent staff members plus external vendors, as well as projects with teams of up to 30-40 individuals that impacted multiple areas of the companies. Currently, I manage a budget of up to 4 million euros (OPEX and CAPEX). About the technologies I have experience, I have knowledge in SAP as a project leader and SAP version migrations, expertise in cybersecurity, experience in ITIL and managing an IT department, IT governance model implementations, knowledge of implementing artificial intelligence and advanced analytics systems and machine learning.
