As the Talent Acquisition Manager at HGA, I lead the development and execution of the first-ever comprehensive firm-wide Talent Acquisition Strategy. I partner with 55+ leaders in 15+ market sectors/disciplines across 13 offices, and build and implement full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, resulting in significant cost savings and talent retention.
