I am currently working as a Business Analytics Manager with Sanofi in Hyderabad, India, Empowering Healthcare through Analytics and AI solutions that drive breakthrough medicines with a strong passion for data-driven decision-making. I am a dynamic and driven professional with over 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical domain, specialising in business analytics, digital transformation, and tech-enabled healthcare solutions. I have received offer letters from Amazon for Business Analyst L4 and L5 roles after successfully qualifying through their interview process (check LinkedIn for testimony). During my MBA, I completed the Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (Summer Internship), gaining valuable insights into corporate leadership. As a data enthusiast, I have collaborated with multiple data scientists and international stakeholders to develop AI-driven solutions in the healthcare domain. Additionally, I actively mentor 4-5 junior associates, fostering growth and development within my team. Beyond my professional role, I am a career mentor, life coach, dancer, vlogger, and storyteller, always eager to inspire and connect with others. I completed my BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Uttarakhand (2014-2018), earning a Silver Medal and multiple academic excellence awards. I secured AIR 501 in GATE (ECE) 2020 under the General category and was a consistent school topper since the 6th standard. I began my career as a Business Technology Analyst at ZS Associates (2018-2020) before joining Novartis (2020-2022). After dropping out of my MBA program at IIM Mumbai (Batch 2022-2024), I received offer letters from Amazon, Unilever, and Novartis, ultimately deciding to rejoin Novartis. Beyond my corporate journey, I am a Grand Finale Finalist of Miss Delhi India 2020, a passionate dancer, and a frequent traveller who loves exploring new experiences. I actively vlog, post on social media and read extensively, sharing my journey with my followers.
