Responsible to work with respective Project Manager and leads for developing plan, meeting the release targets, accessing project progress and completion of required deliverables for each project release. • Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders. • Experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software, on-time and within budget. • Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. • Tracked and managed product backlog, burndown metrics, velocity, and task breakdown. • Good communication skills, written/verbal, people management; constantly used for presentation, coordination, team working, leading people and to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.
