Individual Therapy Session 1 on 1 - Package of 8

Meaningful transformation takes time, consistency, and a space where you can continue showing up for yourself. This journey is designed for those who are ready to move beyond immediate concerns and engage more deeply with the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape their lives.

This package includes 8 individual therapy sessions, along with 1 complimentary session, giving you additional time to continue the therapeutic process, strengthen your progress, and explore what feels most important as your journey unfolds.

Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, drawing from an integrative approach that includes CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, Art Therapy, and contemplative practices inspired by Buddhist psychology. Each session builds upon the last, allowing greater awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful change to emerge over time.

Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with yourself and creating a life that feels more intentional, authentic, and aligned with who you are.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, please review the following policy before booking your session.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the session may not be accommodated.

Cancellation & Refunds

A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchasing the package, provided no therapy session has been booked or attended.

Once the first therapy session has been booked or attended, the package becomes non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior communication, the session will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Emergencies

I understand that genuine emergencies can arise. If you experience an unforeseen emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Such requests will be reviewed with care on a case-by-case basis.

If I ever need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you at the earliest and offer the next available appointment at no additional cost.
