Individual Therapy 1 on 1 - Package of 4

Meaningful change rarely happens in a single conversation. This therapy journey is designed for those who are ready to move beyond immediate concerns and engage in a deeper, more consistent process of self-understanding and growth.

This package includes 4 individual therapy sessions, along with 1 complimentary session. The additional session gives us the opportunity to reflect on your progress, strengthen the insights you've gained, and thoughtfully plan the next stage of your journey.

Throughout our work together, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, and recurring patterns using an integrative approach that draws from CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, Art Therapy, and insights from Buddhist psychology.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and lasting transformation often comes through consistency rather than intensity. This journey offers the time and space needed to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, please review the following policy before booking your session.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the session may not be accommodated.

Cancellation & Refunds

A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchasing the package, provided no therapy session has been booked or attended.

Once the first therapy session has been booked or attended, the package becomes non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior communication, the session will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Emergencies

I understand that genuine emergencies can arise. If you experience an unforeseen emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Such requests will be reviewed with care on a case-by-case basis.

If I ever need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you at the earliest and offer the next available appointment at no additional cost.
