I struggled with content strategy and the post timings to which she beautifully explained that i just have to be consistent and show up at the same time for my audience to know about me. The same day, same time every week. Trying and implementing different ideas is a good thing to know what is working and what is not, but make sure to give it enough time to see the results not just after 1-2 tries. One of the biggest problems i face is with selfie posts since they do well on LinkedIn, but it hasn't to be a selfie always just a photo. A relevant photo or even a graphic would work. This was the best tip for me as i do not click that many portable selfies. Finally, she helped me understand that initially i wont get the impressions or the numbers that i desire. But it isn't about the numbers anyways, its always about why you started and what value are you providing. In the beginning, focus on improving and your value part, content that people find relatable, Find why people should follow you. Don't run after the numbers! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to turn around their LinkedIn game and grow a personal brand. She really knows it all.
