With a passion for building inclusive ecosystems, Ananya is committed to fostering greater visibility, creating funding opportunities, and nurturing a supportive community for women in technology worldwide. Ananya's journey in community building and advocacy traces back to her impactful role as the Community Manager at Google Developers India. Here, she took charge of over 500 Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) spanning across 180+ cities. In this capacity, Ananya orchestrated strategies to expand the GDSC network, meticulously nurturing relationships with student leads to their learning journeys and professional growth. Her strategic efforts led to a remarkable increase in diversity within GDSC, ensuring that women and underrepresented groups found their voices and avenues for advancement in the tech community.
