Ananya Jain is leading customer insights and global client management for dunnhumby. She helps CPG suppliers in Tesco take informed and actionable business decisions for steady growth. Previously, she has managed communications and engagement for dunnhumby India where she worked closely with leadership team both internally and externally for employer branding. In her tenure, she was responsible for driving employee engagement through cohort of social teams within the system of 2300+ employees working round the clock, globally. Her past experience includes leading Leadership and Management practice for PLC, a group company under Pratian Holdings and World Research Centre. She was managing international L&D product lines like The Arbinger Institute along with clients – IBM, Shell Petroleum, Collins Aerospace, NABARD to name a few. Ananya is an invested individual with strong academic interest. She has completed YLP from IIM Bangalore and holds a Diploma in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a postgraduate in marketing from University of St Andrews, Scotland UK and an undergraduate in business and management from University of London. Having stated this, she’s fond of mentoring students in their academic journeys. Her mission is to impact 5000 student lives by year 2023. Ananya believes in putting her best foot forward in everything that she does to achieve quick results. She makes her clients and their audiences happier and more profitable with her timely and efficient deliverables. Being a marketing enthusiast, she founded and managed a youth-oriented start up from 2014-2016 in New Delhi, India. While gaining her diverse exposure, she has worked with early stage entrepreneurs to nourish their ideas and business concepts. Personally, Ananya is well vested and passionate for cars. She lives an Outward Mindset lifestyle and is observed as a resourceful asset wherever she goes.
