Currently I'm serving as a Data Analyst with 2+ experience at @Mphasis Limited - Responsible for Dashboard Visualization and Business decisions. I love to dig into account problems and solve them with modern technology. I create, scale and optimize business portfolios that matter. I focus on delivering key outcome, building amazing teams and quickly adaptive to new technology. I have enjoyed many executive positions through Project Management Office, Data Analyst, Quality analyst, Data Validation, Engineering and Strategy. My personal and professional experience have taught me the following about myself. • Must review the project logs, analyze the Milestone's at-risk categories, TOP risks and issues, CR's, Margin Data & Finance reports and ensure correctness of dashboard each time it's generated. • Must collate the data, validate the entries while generating dashboard. And publishing dashboard reports using VBA in Excel services and follow up for closed projects lessons learnt, Case studies, MSA Highlights & Process learnings for improvising in the Customer Value Add. • Finally, proactively improvising the new features in the dashboard by extracting and making visualization of data for the business processes. Actively contributing the efforts to collect the Customer Value Add from all existing and future projects and making visualize the data to calculate the effort savings and collecting the customer sign-off reference for completed CVA's. • Had used the POWER BI desktop application for creating visualized reports where I have handled multiple visualization techniques and DAX formulas for improvised data handling. • Sourcing from the SQL server as a table, view or stored procedure as our backend and other sources like Excel sheets or flat files. These are the commonly handled source systems in POWER BI. • Also explored the multiple options in POWER BI desktop such as row level security, relationship management, handling dynamic conditions to solve manual conversion, different modelling. techniques, handling bookmarks. Filter functionalities and publish the reports to POWER BI services for cloud handling. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives and I'm open for new opportunities in the field of Data Analysts & validation and Business analyst roles.
