With over 30 years of IT industry experience, I am an IP networking and service delivery expert for the telecom sector. I have earned multiple Cisco certifications, including CCNA, CCIP, and CCIE-RS, and have extensive knowledge of network engineering, LAN-WAN, and Cisco systems products. In my most recent role as IP FM Manager at Nokia Solutions and Networks, I managed the IP network operations and maintenance of a large ISP/MPLS environments, involving multivendor devices from Huawei, Cisco, and Alcatel. I led a team of 52 technicians and ensured the timely and quality provisioning of enterprise customers across India. I also improved the processes, SLAs, and KPIs of the service order management group and prepared reports and presentations for operations review.
