I'm a seasoned sales and service leader with over 17 years of experience across diverse industries such as Ed-Tech, Global Outsourcing, IT Hardware, Banking, Automobile, E-Commerce, and International Logistics. Currently, I am the Head of Corporate Sales at Virohan, a leading Ed-Tech company that provides healthcare education and training solutions. In this role, I have created and led a 120+ member remote online sales team, established the Training and Quality vertical, and achieved a 4x multiple on the year-on-year sales compared to the last fiscal year. I have also leveraged my expertise in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Learning and Development to drive superior customer experience and sales performance across the sales funnel. Additionally, I have demonstrated my crisis management skills by successfully implementing the work-from-home model and the skill-based training program during the COVID-19 lockdown.
