What this is

A focused Level-1 program for SME owners to set up essential SOPs, a day-to-day operating rhythm, and a practical KPI scorecard. One 45-min session each week, plus templates you can use immediately.

You’ll leave with

• 7–10 ready-to-run SOPs across Sales, Ops, Finance & Vendor Management
• A daily huddle + weekly review cadence with a visual WIP board
• Scorecard v1 (5–7 KPIs) with targets, owners, and routines
• Two completed quick-win improvements
• A clear 90-day roadmap and governance calendar
