Anand Vijay is a serial entrepreneur with over 7 years of experience in the FMCG, Marketplace, SaaS, and PaaS industries. An IIM Kozhikode graduate and a ‘Smart Fifty’ winner, his startup was listed among the top promising startups in the country by the IIM Calcutta Innovation Park. In 2018, he successfully raised seed money of 2.5 million rupees for his first startups from KSIDC (Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation). Anand Vijay is currently with Broadway Infotech as Chief Growth Officer. As Chief Growth Officer, he plays a pivotal and vital role in brand augmentation of Broadway Infotech and group verticals. Also, his role may be marked as significant and pivotal in developing, implementing, and maintaining processes (operations), and solutions to effectively respond to complex, multi-regional, multi-model customer Requests for Quote (RFQ) in dynamic environment of business. Product development, Product Management, Product Launch and augmentation of market traction on such products are one of the key duties he performs at Broadway Infotech. Additionally, Anand has contributed as an Advisor (Strategy, Planning and Development) at F&B Evening Store Pvt Ltd in the Republic of Maldives. In his quest to learn and share his learning, he has been consistently mentoring students and young managers. As a mentor with Learn with Leaders which is an initiative by Wadhvani Foundation, he mentored students from 5 continents, and helped them establish MVP. Previous year, he mentored a group of students from IIM Bangalore during PBM (Platform Based Market) course of PGP program. Currently, he is designated mentor to PGPM- HR program of IIM Trichy.
