Are you a seasoned Leader, but feel stuck?

Dear Friends,

If you have achieved a lot of success in your life over the years but feel stuck today in your career at an entry level of leadership or mid-level of leadership, you are not making an important decision.

The decision is to speak with a Professional Coach. When we have health issues, we see a doctor. When we have psychological issues, we see a therapist. When we have career issues, shouldn't we see a Business/Life Coach?

The irony in life is we will earn INR 50-100 lacs per annum; have an aspiration to grow this to INR 100-200 lacs per annum, but will not invest a petty amount of INR 20,000/- to pay a Professional Coach to have a 2-hour conversation to un-clutter our mind and accelerate our journey to professional success. Imagine the poor decision making. No wonder, we are stuck ! Probably we deserve to be stuck ! I know of many leaders who took 3-5 years before they engaged a coach. When they look back they regret the missed opportunity over years due to the poor choice of not engaging a Coach.

If you are reading this, you have a choice to make. If you truly believe in your potential, I believe in you too. If you are willing to have a tough conversation and push your boundaries, I am willing to partner with you. If you are willing to take action to grow yourself, I shall be besides you.
