I am a dedicated and experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist based in Kolkata. I hold an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Behavioral and Medical Sciences (PGIBAMS), Raipur, where I honed my skills in clinical assessments, therapy, and counseling. My career spans various roles, and I have worked extensively in private practice, educational institutions, and healthcare settings. Currently, I serve as a Clinical Psychologist at Ayoo Care, Bangalore, where I provide psychological assessments, therapy, and counselling services for both children and adults. My areas of expertise include working with patients facing psychosis, substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorders and relationship challenges. I have a solid background in academia, having served as a visiting faculty member at The Neotia University. I’ve taught both undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students, supervised clinical cases, and led psychology outreach programs. I’ve also contributed to education by conducting mentor-mentee training and organizing workshops to promote mental health awareness. My work extends beyond therapy and teaching. I have developed curricula and content for schools, facilitated life skills workshops for students, teachers, and parents, and provided essential training on counseling skills. Additionally, I have worked as a de-addiction counselor at a recovery center, helping individuals overcome substance abuse issues.
