Intake session - International clients with Akshada Shinde

The intake (first) session focuses on understanding the concerns that brought you to therapy and the different areas of your life that are affecting your wellbeing. Towards the end of this session, we will discuss the issues that you'd like to work on in counseling sessions. From the next follow-up sessions, we will discuss the plan of action and start working towards these goals.
