It is my belief that it takes years of training, guidance, practice, and ongoing personal and
professional development to become an effective and insightful therapist. Supervision is a
time for practitioners to adopt an attitude of self-discovery, practice, and development as therapists.
This supervision is a critical aspect of not only safeguarding clients, but also in guiding therapist’s skill development, professional credibility, and their overall confidence level as a clinician.
