I've also organized and managed harvesting and trimming teams through the years, successfully training teams of 15 and decreasing delays in order to maintain the highest quality flower. Lastly, my path lead me into cannabis licensing, where I served as a project manager for pre-operational entrepreneurs navigating the licensing process providing me insights into the application process and the various professional services that are needed along the way.
