I am a management consultant with experience working across startups, COO's office, and consulting environments, where I have partnered closely with leadership teams on strategy, transformation, and execution. I began my career in fast-paced startup environments, working extensively on analytics and data-driven decision-making. This gave me a strong foundation in breaking down ambiguous problems, building insights from data, and translating analysis into practical actions. I later worked in CXO's office roles, supporting senior leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives, operational reviews, and strategic priorities. This exposure helped me develop a top-down perspective on how organizations operate, how decisions are made at the leadership level, and how to balance strategic thinking with on-ground execution. Across my roles, I have worked in agile setups, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving outcomes in iterative, high ownership environments. My consulting experience has further strengthened my ability to structure problems, communicate clearly, and deliver impact under tight timelines. Outside of work, I am passionate about basketball. The sport has shaped how I think about teamwork, discipline, and consistency, principles I strongly believe in and apply in my professional life as well.
