I am a Product Manager with experience building products across the travel industry. Currently, I work at American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) within the Travel Manager team, focusing on reporting products, data insights, dashboards, and conversational assistants that help organizations better understand and manage their travel spend and programs. Prior to Amex GBT, I owned the Flights Post-Booking roadmap at Fareportal, leading initiatives across cancellations, modifications, and the mobile app experience. Before that, I worked as an Associate Product Manager at MakeMyTrip, where I was responsible for key areas of the Flights Pre-booking funnel. I started my Product Management journey while pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Information Management) at S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai. During this time, I actively contributed to the Product Management Club and gained hands-on experience as a Product Management Intern at Samsung Research Institute Bangalore. Before transitioning into Product Management, I built a strong technical foundation as a Software Developer and I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
