I provide career decision-making and long-term trajectory planning for students and early-career professionals who are navigating complex, high-stakes choices.

My guidance is grounded in a career that combines elite academic pedigree and real-world strategy leadership. I hold a B.Tech from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon and ESCP Europe, and have built my career across strategy and leadership roles in firms such as KPMG, EY, Bharti Airtel, and high-growth AI and AdTech companies. I currently operate in a Chief of Staff and CEO Office capacity, working on strategy, M&A, product direction, and the build-out of an agentic commerce platform.

This journey was not linear. It involved deliberate trade-offs between consulting and industry, execution and strategy, specialization and optionality. That experience allows me to help others think clearly about what to do, when to do it, and why, rather than simply reacting to short-term opportunities or external pressure.
