Interview Prep — Fresh/Mid Software Engineer

If you are a fresh graduate or a mid-level engineer and have an Interview due soon and feel unprepared, don't worry because I've been in the same shoes as you and have it fresh in my memory. Starting from around 4 months before graduation, I have been interviewed countless times for SWE roles to this day.

I got called for a lot of interviews because of two things. One, I cracked the recruiter's mindset and what they look for in a Resume/CV, and accordingly prepared a great resume after 4 weeks of following a self-made process (I talk about that in the Resume review offering). Second, I was constantly applying even after securing a job or after being comfortable in a company.

A free tip for everyone reading this; always keep applying even if you don't plan to switch. In this market, you should always be on your toes and you should remain up to date.

In this call, I give you solid tips and discuss some frequently asked questions in the Pakistani companies of various types (service, product, startup etc.). I share tips on how to begin, how to be calm, and what the interviewer wants to hear. I will try my best to show you the mind of a typical interviewer.
