I lead the GBS organization that encompasses operations, strategy, and transformation for complex processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Controller Activities, Procurement, and End to End Customer Services. I also work with CXOs to align GBS strategy with their business goals, and to enable GBS excellence in customer experience, process optimization, policy alignment, and intelligent automation.
