With my professional journey spanning various roles in the technology and business realm, I have been fortunate to develop a deep-rooted commitment to aligning business goals with technical solutions. My professional journey began as a Business Analyst, where I cultivated the art of understanding our clients' unique business cases and translating them into meticulous technical documentation, including BRD and SRS. My path then led me to embrace the pivotal role of a Business Development Manager, followed by a promotion to Director of Business Development. In these positions, I had the privilege of spearheading extensive marketing initiatives and work with the sales and marketing teams to manage complete lead lifecycle. Fostering strong client relationships and driving growth within our client base was a cornerstone of my responsibilities. Presently, I hold the esteemed position of VP of the Center of Excellence at Ignatiuz. In this capacity, I have the privilege of leading our exceptional project delivery team. My approach is characterized by close collaboration with business analysts, project managers, product owners, development teams, and QA teams to ensure that projects are not only delivered on time but also with the utmost precision. I have had the opportunity to establish a Center of Excellence dedicated to elevating project delivery methodologies and continuously refining our processes. My primary focus remains on upholding CoE guidelines for every project, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the consistent achievement of successful project outcomes.
