Things weren't as fancy as they are today when it comes to working in tech. Tried my hands in various roles such as software engineer, business analyst, and project manager; before finding solace in product management as a role. I now work at the intersection of Technology, Business and Customer Experience with a strong focus in building the modern cloud-native enterprise SaaS platform. In my earlier roles, I helped built a new-age mobile payments app for the largest private bank in India. I also helped multiple card issuers across Asia Pacific become digital-first with regards to their card issuance journeys & enabling mobile payment use cases such as Tokenization & NFC (Tap&Pay - Contactless payments) via digital wallets. Have previously worked in emerging technologies space, building AI/NLP based chatbot products that deliver personalized user experience, optimize lead generation & sales, and assist in quality customer service. Have also been a people manager & led teams of talented cross functional folks. Strong business acumen with management and marketing communication skills. Skilled at coordinating with third-party vendors and working with cross functional teams in multiple geographies.
